Erica Best Daniels (she/her) has over a decade of experience as a data-driven direct response fundraiser. She has managed teams responsible for mass and mid-level acquisition and retention optimization, sustainer growth, multi-channel donor journey, and channel strategies. Throughout her career, Erica has leveraged her talents for systems thinking and data analysis to optimize the donor experience and drive fundraising revenue. Erica is passionate about using these strengths to help others achieve their fundraising and mission goals. In recognition of her contributions to the nonprofit fundraising industry, Erica received the 2020 ANA Nonprofit Federation’s Rising Leader award.
